Recent Work Includes
- The Banking & Finance Team has worked on over 125 cases nationally involving care home owners, caravan park operators, hoteliers, pub owners and property developers on Interest Rate Hedging Product mis-selling cases alone (believed to be the 3rd largest case load of Interest Rate Hedging Product mis-selling in the UK). I was a valuable member of the team that successfully recovered sums in excess of £30million for our clients.
- Instructed by a large property developer in relation to a mis-sold Fixed Rate Loan and successfully reclaimed in excess of £200k through the Financial Ombudsman Service.
- Acting for a number of clients in relation to their consequential loss claims resulting from mis-sold Interest Rate Hedging Products and successfully recovering substantial compensation for them.
