My Approach

My primary role is to assist Ian Butterworth, Partner & Solicitor and Katie Taft, Partner, Solicitor & Mediator within the Family team. My day to day work will provide secretarial and administrative support to Ian and Katie as well as other members of the team when required. I have a professional but personable approach to my work when dealing with both colleagues and clients, and I strive to always deliver an excellent customer service.

I joined Ellis Jones in July 2023 after spending 3+ years working in private healthcare as a Medical Secretary to 3x Consultant Surgeons. I also worked on the NHS as an administrator for six other Consultants, and prior to that role I worked in the insurance industry. I have acquired 10+ years of experience in different areas of administration. I am excited to learn and progress within a legal environment now as my next challenge.
