For example, analysing the diversity monitoring data of our people, conducting people surveys, asking for feedback, and consciously listening to the thoughts and struggles of those around us
Monitor our inclusivity and diversity practices in relation to recruitment, retention, engagement and positivity
Review our current inclusivity and diversity practices to see what works and what improvements or new practices are needed
Ensure that our culture and values are in keeping with good inclusivity and diversity practices
Deliver annual training on Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion
Engage in diversity surveys

We have created effective strategies to achieve gender balance, and we take pride in the fact that our workforce are majority women.

We continue to focus on achieving gender balance in our partnership with 8 female partners and 16 male partners.
