I found Lauren extremely professional, quick to respond and empathetic during a very sensitive and stressful time. I would highly recommend Lauren Day and the Ellis Jones team.

Miss Sangwin

After being let down by our usual firm of solicitors I was recommended to use Ellis Jones by a close friend. What a great recommendation! We were lucky to be able to engage Lauren Day to help us in a very unpleasant consumer dispute with a local company. Lauren listened to our situation carefully and I felt she understood exactly what had happened and what we needed. This shone through in the excellent letter sent to the offending organisation which left them little recourse other than to accept and back down. It was worth every penny and I can now recommend them and Lauren in particular to anyone who asks.
