My Approach

As a member of the Residential Conveyancing Department my role is to deal with a wide variety of transactions including property sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and other matters. With hard work and diligence, I aim to provide a professional, timely and friendly service to all clients.

I often help first time buyers and other clients with limited knowledge of the conveyancing process. I strive to provide helpful information to keep clients informed, give additional explanations when needed and manage expectations (particularly in relation to timescales).

• Preparing lease variations and obtaining new lease plans to reflect the transfer of garden land between flat owners.
• Acting for purchasers of unregistered land and highlighting the importance of having title to the full extent of the land being purchased.
