I always like to keep in mind that first impressions are important when speaking with clients on the phone and when meeting them face to face.

I always aim to be cheerful, helpful, and friendly so that clients have a positive experience with Ellis Jones.
As well as bringing good and comforting energy to the office so my colleagues all feel able to reach out for my help at any need.

Area of Expertise

I joined Ellis Jones after working within hospitality for many years. This has been a complete change of direction for me which I have enjoyed, with being able to learn new skills, gain experience within a company and get out of my comfort zone.
