My Approach
My primary role is to provide assistance to the partners and associates within the Dispute Resolution team at the Bournemouth Office. A typical day in my role consists of building a relationship of trust and transparency with our clients, whilst also providing administrative and secretarial support to the team with a positive and proactive approach. It is important to me that all my work is completed to the best of my ability, but I know that my team are always here to help and encourage me to achieve this. Teamwork is essential to a successful work environment and reflects on our service to our clients too.

Recent Work
Finding my way into law was complex for me – I decided that I wanted to join the Legal Sector while working as Cabin Crew for Virgin Atlantic, realising I wanted a complete change of career path. Whilst I was flying, I completed a Bachelor’s degree in Law with Criminology, and I then began my first legal role as a Paralegal within Costs law. I then took a year break so that I could undertake a Master’s degree in Professional Legal Practice, with the aim of building my knowledge so that I can pass the Solicitor’s Qualifying Examination.
With a particular interest in dispute resolution following my extensive studies, I found my way to Ellis Jones where I have had the ability to further my knowledge and put my skills into practice. I was especially drawn to the positive and friendly approach that all the team share, and immediately I felt that this firm has a fantastic personality that I want to be a part of. I am excited for the future and am eager to see where my legal career will take me.
