• Assisted with the purchase of multiple stores by a national convenience store chain
• Assisting on the implementation of EMI option schemes and other employee incentive matters
• Drafting complex Articles of association to implement a growth shares scheme
• Assisting companies and Shareholders in share buy-back transactions
• Preparation of Supplementary Shareholders' Agreement in a contentious context allowing a shareholder to take testamentary dispositions
