My Approach

My primary role is to assist Julian Heath, a Associate Solicitor in the Conveyancing Department at our Wimborne Office. I deal with both residential and commercial property transactions and assist Clients through what can be a very stressful but important time in their lives. I believe in providing a friendly and professional service and will always endeavour to go that extra mile to ensure that our Client’s requirements are met and that they receive the best service for the smoothest possible transaction.

Area of Expertise

I have over 20 years of conveyancing experience dealing with the following:-

• Assisting with residential property transactions, such as selling, buying, remortgages and transfer of equities.
• Assisting with commercial transactions, such as leasing of commercial premises, land sales or purchases and sales of new housing developments etc.
• Assisting with leasehold transactions, such as lease extensions, deed of variations etc.
