My Approach

My aim is to provide clear and conscientious advice to all my clients to help them achieve the best possible outcome in their case. I am also mindful of the difficulties which can be experienced during a relationship breakdown and will take a pragmatic approach in order to minimise acrimony and costs.

  • Disputes involving children including access, contact, choice of school, relocation and holidays

  • Cohabitation Agreements

I predominantly assist partners, Ian Butterworth and Katie Taft, in all aspects of their work.
