Whilst I understand the benefits of and promote early settlement to my clients, I appreciate that this may not always be appropriate in some circumstances, and am prepared to deliver pragmatic and strategic advice throughout litigation proceedings.

Recent Work

• Successfully negotiated favourable settlement on a high-value claim for breach of contract issued against his client, representing a saving for his client of over £100,000 owing to the finance lender
• Undertaken his own advocacy in Court and, most recently, successfully achieved at trial with a full strike out of a claim issued against his client
• Assisting in advising a large corporate entity in its multi-million-pound professional negligence claim against Solicitors
• Advised a private individual in robustly defending a multi-track valued claim for commission, swiftly achieving a full rebuke of the claim throughout the course of pre-action negotiation
• Acted for a landlord in its successful forfeiture of lease, possession of mixed-use premises and recovery of substantial rent arrears following the transfer up of enforcement to the High Court
• Regularly assists more senior team members on high-value and complex matters.
