My Approach

Having spent my career in the service industry, I have developed a naturally customer-focused mindset and a strong commitment to delivering excellent service. Combined with my background in recruitment and now my role within the HR team at Ellis Jones, I’m excited to merge these experiences to create a truly people-focused approach to support both employees and the wider business.

My Route to Ellis Jones

I have known of Ellis Jones for many years. Before working with the firm through my role at Rubicon Recruitment, I was aware of its strong reputation as a respected local business, and it was also a firm that my mother had a long-standing relationship with.

A few years later, I had the opportunity to work closely with Ellis Jones while at Rubicon, supporting the firm's recruitment needs, primarily for support staff roles. After more than 10 years in the recruitment industry, I was excited by the opportunity to apply my experience in an internal role, combining my recruitment expertise with the chance to learn, develop, and build a career within HR.
