My Approach
My role is to assist all the solicitors in the department with a range of banking and finance litigation matters. These include preparation of legal documents, drafting of letters to clients, and liaising with clients to discuss/develop legal documents. I also assist the solicitors with various legal research and file management. In my work I strive to be organised, attentive to details, and professional. When dealing with clients, I endeavour to build friendly and trusting relationships in order to better support them throughout all stages of their claim.
My route to Ellis Jones
I successfully completed my undergraduate law degree in Bristol with first class honours. My electives during my undergraduate studies focused primarily on areas of corporate, commercial and intellectual property laws. I subsequently completed a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property and Information Law at King’s College London with a merit. In my postgraduate studies, I elected to focus on patent and copyright laws. In addition to my studies, I have also undertaken work experience at an international law firm, regional law firm, and a high street law firm.
