Jacob Hanney

My primary role is to assist the partners and associates within the Dispute Resolution team at the Bournemouth office. My day-to-day work will provide secretarial and administrative support to the team, also dealing with new enquires which allows me to see the base stages of the operation. Whilst building a trusting rapport with clients. I have a professional but personable approach to my work allowing clients to feel at ease when allowing Ellis Jones to assist them on their matter. I strive to always leave work knowing I have done my part and helped the public.

My Route to Ellis Jones was made via looking for placements after my second year of university at Bournemouth. I wanted to get a placement to develop my knowledge of the law and reach a deeper understanding of the legal profession in the real world and not just by lecture notes provided from uni. I have had many jobs before this involving driving for Asda and bar and hospitality work. However, I see Ellis Jones as a career and an opportunity to get a foot in to the profession of law. Hopefully with Ellis Jones.
