Wet Floors

If you have been injured as a result of slipping on a wet floor that was not your fault, you may be able to make a claim. This could happen in a shop, restaurant, supermarket, nightclub or bar. All organisations have a duty of care to ensure that premises or places to which the public have access are in a safe condition for the public to use.

Our specialist lawyers have recovered millions of pounds in compensation for people who have slipped on wet floors through no fault of their own. Our lawyers have significant experience in dealing with minor injury claims through to catastrophic life changing injury claims.
