Fundraising at the RSM Football Tournament
On Thursday 19th June, a team of our Ellis Jones colleagues took part in the RSM 5-a-Side Football Tournament in support of Abby’s Heroes.
Bringing businesses together
The event brought together 14 teams and more than 100 attendees from businesses across the local community for a friendly competition aimed at raising funds for a fantastic cause.
Representing Ellis Jones were Paul Kanolik, Tomas Baker, Sam Smith, Jasmine White, Dimitar Bogdanov and Howard Hasan. The team put in an excellent performance through the tournament, playing eight games and progressing to the final.
Supporting a great cause
Overall, the RSM Football Tournament was a great success, raising more than £1,900 for Abby’s Heroes and helping to increase awareness of the charity’s vital work supporting children, teenagers, young adults and their families affected by cancer.

The event also provided a fantastic opportunity for our colleagues to strengthen existing relationships, build new connections within the local business community and demonstrate our commitment to putting people first. We are proud to support such worthwhile causes and look forward to participating in future fundraising events that make a positive impact in our local community and beyond.
