Happy International Women’s day!

The theme of #BalanceforBetter is to build a gender balanced world.

We recognise at Ellis Jones that achieving a gender balanced world is not an issue for women to overcome individually but instead something for our business to overcome.

Gender diversity is central to our business and we wholeheartedly support gender diversity in the workplace. We are proud to have:

1. seen a 150% increase in female partners over the last 2 years, from 2 to 5 women;

2. 78% of our workforce are women;

3. 24% of our staff have flexible working arrangements;

4. 60% of our lawyers are women.

While our profession may be one that has been historically criticised, we are racing towards gender diversity, equality and inclusion.
