We are able to offer advice in relation to all aspects of human resources and can act as an employer’s HR department. We advise on day to day HR issues for example disciplinary matters, poor performance, managing sickness absence and employee grievances.

We offer tailor made training courses. Some of the courses we have successfully run include the following:

  • How to deal with misconduct in the workplace;
  • Equality and diversity training for employees;
  • Difficult conversations;
  • Employment law update.

We would tailor the training to your needs and are happy to deliver it at your workplace or you can come to us. We would seek to agree a fixed price for the training and all materials are made available electronically after the training session.
