Assault

Assault is a general term which encompasses a number of different offences, all of which are committed against a person by way of coming into unwanted physical contact with that person. Generally the level of seriousness of the offence depends on the extent of any injury that the alleged assault may have inflicted.

There are a number of defences to these kinds of allegations which we are happy to explore with you.
