Motoring Offences and the Single Justice Procedure

Not everyone accused of a Motoring Offence will go to the full Court to appear before a Bench of Magistrates.

What is The Single Justice Procedure?

The Single Justice Procedure is one Magistrate sitting in private with a Legal Adviser. In these cases you will receive an invitation to enter your plea online.

The Single Justice Procedure however carries just as much weight as the full Court and hence it is vital that when entering your plea you give as much relevant information as possible as this will not only affect your fine, but could make a vast difference to the number of points awarded.

It is so important to correctly state your case that we strongly recommend you consult our experts before going online to state your case.
