Update: Acas Early Conciliation Form Amended

Following the publication of the form on 6th April 2014 ACAS amended the form on Monday 7th April so that it is no longer a mandatory requirement for employees to enter their telephone number and the employer’s telephone number. This will undoubtedly be less burdensome on the employee. View the Acas Early Conciliation form here.
