A great staff perk we offer is the Ellis Jones Wish where staff win £250 towards a memorable experience of their choice. Each quarter, team members can enter a raffle and submit their wish – whether it's a weekend getaway, a cooking class or a family day out.
Our HR Administrator, Mia Baron was one of our lucky Wish winners last year and put it towards a weekend away in the Lake District.
“In July, I spent a weekend away in the Lake District to celebrate mine and my partner’s anniversary.
