Paul Kanolik

Paul Kanolik is a qualified Civil and Commercial Mediator accredited by the Society of Mediators, who is also a practicing Solicitor and Partner specialising in commercial litigation, including a wide variety of commercial disputes and experience in particular in banking and finance, insolvency, and intellectual property disputes.

Paul is personable, empathetic and has a keen attention to detail. As a creative thinker, he recognises that disputes can require creative solutions in order for a resolution to be found.

Having been involved in a large number of mediations over the years, Paul is a keen proponent of mediation, and in parties getting together to try and resolve their differences without the need for litigation, which can often prove expensive, protracted, time-consuming and stressful.
