Stacy Molyneux-Carter

Archivist

My Approach

I work as the company’s Archivist out of the Charminster office, but also have responsibility for all case files and deeds for other offices and regularly go to Canford Cliffs, Ringwood and Wimbourne to pick up documents. I love to put things in order, which is handy for this job, and have an organised and diligent approach to work.

If someone needs to find a particular case file, they come to me. I will search through the archive to find it and deliver it to them. Everything is catalogued so I’ll know where to look, but I aim to make the process of locating records as easy as possible for the rest of the company.

My Route to Ellis Jones

In my home country of America I did a BA in Photography at Savannah College of Art and Design and worked for a local photography agency in Atlanta. I decided I wanted a career change (as well as wanting to be with my husband!) and moved to England in 2010 to do an MA in Information Management at London Met. After graduating, I worked as a Researcher, then as an Account Executive with the Red Cross but working in Archiving has always been a dream of mine so am delighted to be a part of the team.
