My approach is grounded in thoughtful communication, empathy, and straightforward advice. I take the time to understand each client’s individual circumstances, ensuring their intentions are properly reflected and legally secure. Whether assisting with future planning or guiding someone through estate administration, my goal is to make the process as smooth and supportive as possible.

- Drafting Wills and advising clients on optimal structuring tailored to their personal, financial, and family situations.
- Supporting executors throughout the estate administration process, from obtaining Grants of Probate to asset distribution.
- Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney and advising clients to ensure they fully understand their choices.
- Creating and advising on trust documents, including lifetime trusts and those established under Wills, to facilitate effective estate and tax planning.
