My primary role is to provide administrative support to the conveyancing department. Selling or buying a house can be stressful and I work closely with members of the department to ensure that clients are provided with a smooth and efficient service. I am one of the first points of contact for new clients, opening files and sending out the initial paperwork. I aim to be supportive and helpful to both clients and colleagues by having a positive attitude towards all the work I complete.
My route to Ellis Jones
I have recently joined Ellis Jones after working for a building society for 3 years, specialising in account redemptions. Prior to this, I successfully completed a degree in International Relations and Politics. After gaining an understanding for the redemption side of conveyancing, the opportunity arose to join Ellis Jones in the conveyancing department, where I have been able to develop my knowledge and skills.
