My Approach
My primary role is greeting clients, completing administrative tasks, and supporting telephone duties, working within the reception in the Ringwood office. I feel that a professional and friendly approach is important, as well as creating trusting relationships with all clients.
My Route to Ellis Jones
I graduated with my undergraduate degree in July 2025. Before and alongside my studies I worked in various Front of house/ Customer-facing roles, where I was responsible for a range of administrative tasks and ensuring customers satisfaction. After realising my passion for roles within customer service and support, I took the opportunity as a receptionist/ admin assistant at Ellis Jones. Not only to continue to provide a friendly front-of-house service but also due to Ellis Jones’ fantastic reputation and importance in providing a positive and supportive culture for both clients and staff. I am looking forward to the opportunity to further my knowledge and challenge myself.
