I have a property background, with a particular focus on real land disputes. I work closely with property developers, surveyors, and managing agents, together with our Commercial Property team to find resolution where possible, without recourse to the Court or Tribunal.

I am frequently instructed by individual clients in relation to neighbour disputes such as boundary disputes, rights of way, and restrictive covenants. I understand the emotional impact on my clients when dealing with disputes involving parties in such close proximity. I strive to minimise hostility between parties by taking a collaborate approach where appropriate. I look to build strong relationships with my clients to ensure they feel fully supported through the process.
