My Approach

I strive to be approachable, reliable and organised, making sure both colleagues and clients feel confident and well-assisted.

When joining the firm’s Dispute Resolution team, I was able to see first-hand how our lawyers and supporting staff go above and beyond to deal with our clients’ circumstances. It also allowed me to see first-hand how important it is for clients to feel supported, informed and reassured at every stage of their journey. This experience cemented my ambition to go further to develop my knowledge and skills to take on greater responsibilities and play a direct role in helping clients.

The nature of our work is that our clients come to us with situations which can often be stressful and emotionally charged, and alongside our team, I do all that I can to ease that for our clients whilst we support them through to the resolution of a dispute. Our team take complex and legalistic issues and produce easy-to-understand advice tailored to our clients’ circumstances and motivation.

Area of Expertise

As a Solicitor Apprentice in our Dispute Resolution team, I assist our lawyers across a wide range of disputes, which include (but not limited to):

  • Disputes Wills, Inheritance and Trusts
  • Commercial Disputes
  • Property Litigation
  • Professional Negligence
  • Insolvency

I joined the team as an Administration Assistant in January 2025, which cemented my decision to train towards becoming a Solicitor. Having began my Solicitor Apprenticeship, I look forward to providing a professional yet personable service to our clients and assisting the lawyers in our team across the variety of disputes that we service.

Associations & Qualifications

In September 2025, I began the Level 7 Solicitor Apprenticeship with BPP. During the course of my apprenticeship, I will obtain my LLB degree in Law and Legal Practice and sit the Solicitors Qualifying Examination. After completing my apprenticeship, I will be a qualified Solicitor.

My Route to Ellis Jones

I have always had a keen interest in law, sparked mainly from my interest and studies in Politics. So, when the opportunity to be a Solicitor Apprentice came up, I was absolutely thrilled to be accepted!

From a young age, I have always loved working in a people-facing environment gaining key communication skills which will help me to build strong relationships and mutual trust with clients. I have most recently been self-employed which has allowed me to broaden my skillset, especially in administration, by taking on complete responsibility of the job.

I now can’t wait for this new challenge to learn and progress in the law environment and see where this career in law will take me!
