Alexander Chance is a Trainee Solicitor in the Employment team. Having joined the firm in 2023 through a Bournemouth University placement, Alex provides a professional yet personable service while continuing to build experience in different departments across the firm.
Alex is also a General Committee Member of the Bournemouth District Junior Lawyers Division.
My Approach
As a Trainee Solicitor, I currently assist the Employment team with a wide range of employment-related matters while continuing to develop my experience as part of my training contract. I take a friendly and straightforward approach and aim to provide clients with clear, practical support.

Route to Ellis Jones
I joined Ellis Jones in 2023 through a placement as part of my studies at Bournemouth University. Following my placement, I continued working at the firm alongside my studies and I am now completing the Level 7 Solicitor Apprenticeship.
