Georgina Brittain Wins First Ellis Jones Wish
Our Marketing & Events Executive, Georgina Brittain, has won the first draw of The Ellis Jones Wish.
The Ellis Jones Wish is a prize draw open to all staff (excluding partners) to win a monetary contribution towards fulfilling a lifelong wish, such as skydiving, a city break or even dance lessons.
Georgina (pictured above with Managing Partner Nigel Smith) won a stay for two in a Toronto Hotel over the festive period whilst she is visiting family in Canada. George was delighted to have won and said “after only being at the firm for one week before the draw, I was shocked when my name was called! I’m going to Canada over Christmas and New Year to snowboard and spend some time with my Mum and brothers, so with the wish I have booked to stay in a hotel in Toronto for two nights to do some sightseeing.”
The project was kick started by Partner Lauren Day who believes the draw shows staff how valued they really are.
There are two more draws scheduled this year, the next being at the firm’s AGM later this month.
