This role will suit an individual with previous conveyancing experience, either residential or commercial and knowledge of the process from instruction to completion.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, dedicated, and energetic property litigator within our thriving Dispute Resolution Department. The Team is one of the largest litigation departments in the Southwest, recognised in Legal 500, Chambers & Partners and Chambers & Partners HNW guides. We are looking for a solicitor with +5 years’ experience in property litigation to join our team.

Business Services

We currently have a vacancy for a Commercial Lawyer within our Business Services Department based at our Charminster office. The role involves a wide range of commercial work e.g. Terms and Conditions, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Privacy Policies, Non-Disclosure Agreements, B2B and B2C Contracts, Hire Agreements and non-contentious IP work.

Family

We have an exciting opportunity for a PA within our thriving Family Department. This role is a full time role working out of our Charminster office. Our family law department is made up of 9 specialist family lawyers and the team is one of the largest in the South West and has been recognised in The Legal 500 (UK 2026) for its broad practice expertise in complex financial cases, high-conflict Children Act cases, and disputed pre-nuptial and property agreements. The team is led by Deborah Leask and Sean McNally.
