My career has been defined by supporting people within fast-paced, reputable organisations. Having managed payroll at Barclays and HR Support at Liverpool Victoria, I then spent several years at J.P. Morgan sharpening my skills in specialist HR fields. Over those years, I took a hands-on approach to onboarding new starters, managing employee relations, and coordinating reasonable adjustments and sickness absences. I look forward to utilising this diverse background to support our people and offices across Ellis Jones.
