My career path has been shaped by a diverse range of experiences across customer service.

I began in the catering industry, working in a variety of high-paced, customer-focused establishments around the world. This gave me a strong grounding in client service, adaptability, and teamwork. This was followed by over a decade in the financial sector with Barclays, where I developed understanding of compliance, and client communication. I later transitioned into the education sector, most recently supporting senior leadership as a Special Educational Needs Administrator. Across all sectors, I’ve drawn on my strengths in organisation, discretion, and communication to support teams and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
