  • Assisting with the administration of trusts including where the beneficiaries are vulnerable and face complex personal circumstances, ensuring their needs are met with compassion and care;
  • Advising on, preparing, and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney;
  • Preparing and advising on Deeds of Variation with a view to mitigating Inheritance Tax in the beneficiary’s Estate;
  • Transferring equity in a property to claim back Higher Rate Stamp Duty Land Tax and mitigate their Income Tax liability; and
  • Taking a holistic approach in all the above, carefully considering the broader context of my clients’ personal, financial, and familial circumstances.
