Melissa Windeatt is an Associate Conveyancing Executive, ACILEX specialising in Conveyancing - Residential Property. With extensive experience in their field, she is recognised through CILEX and supports clients across the Swanage office.
My Approach
My primary role is to assist Craig Wells and the Residential Conveyancing Department with a wide variety of different transactions. I strive to provide a professional, timely and friendly service to all clients and my work involves preparing legal documentation, letters and reports, conducting research, and various communications with clients and other professionals.

Recent Work
I first joined Ellis Jones in early 2018, following a career change from a high-profile design company. I began working as a secretary, progressed to a personal assistant role and now as a Paralegal, I work on a wide range of different Residential Conveyancing matters to assist clients and their transactions. Whilst working, I also study with the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX) and am working towards completing CPQ Advanced at present.
