We are able to offer advice in relation to all aspects of human resources and can act as an employer’s HR department. We advise on day to day HR issues for example disciplinary matters, poor performance, managing sickness absence and employee grievances.
You are always able to get hold of your advisor by telephone or email. We can either run matters for you or we can hold your hand in the background to make sure that all HR issues are dealt with in accordance with employment legislation.
Some clients prefer to pay monthly for work done in the previous month. Accordingly, their bills will vary from month to month, depending on how much work has been done. Other clients prefer to pay a fixed annual amount, spread in equal monthly payments. We believe in being as flexible as possible and will be happy to discuss options with you.
Our hourly rates are determined by the level of experience of the solicitor handling the work; however we will always provide a quote before carrying out any work for you and would be happy to work with you on a trial basis in the first instance.
In County Court claims, the court will normally order the losing party to pay the winning party’s legal fees. However, this is not the case in Employment Tribunal claims, where it is usual for the parties to bear their own costs.
We can offer access to legal expenses insurance for defending Employment Tribunal claims.

We would tailor the training to your needs and are happy to deliver it at your workplace or you can come to us. We would seek to agree a fixed price for the training and all materials are made available electronically after the training session.
