What is a Conditional Contract?
A Conditional Contract is one under which the property is sold once a condition (or conditions) have been satisfied. The contract at that point becomes unconditional and the SELLER must sell and the BUYER must buy.
The most frequent condition is one where the Buyer needs to obtain Planning Permission for Development, or where the Seller needs to buy another Property.
Other than the conditions to the contract the process is the same as that in Buying and Selling Property.
