My Approach

My main role is to assist the Solicitors and support staff in the Personal Injury Department. I am a point of contact for new clients and I have a friendly, approachable manner. I enjoy the sense of achievement in helping clients that this job provides.

Areas of expertise

• Assisting with the drafting and completion of legal documents.
• Assisting with the day to day running of the clients’ files.
• Helping clients with any queries they may have.

My route to Ellis Jones

After working as a receptionist in a law firm, I was promoted to legal secretary and later to a Senior Partner’s secretary
working in not only Personal Injury but various other areas of law. After taking a short break from a career in law, I later decided to return to the job that I enjoyed, and I now have a position as a legal secretary in Personal Injury. I have since obtained my Level 3 Professional Diploma in Law and Practice through the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.

I hold a Level 3 Professional Diploma in Law and Practice, and I am an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.
