- A statutory Will application to reverse a significant change in testamentary intention while testamentary capacity was likely to be absent.
- A dispute between executors in relation to a potential disposal at an undervalue of their late parents’ property, as well as the value of their numerous chattels.
- The merits of a claim to challenge a Will due to potential lack of capacity and undue influence.
