Ellis Jones conquer the Julia’s House Jurassic Coast Trek

On Saturday 8th June, two fantastic teams of Ellis Jones staff members took on the Julia’s House Jurassic Coast Trek, walking either a 13 or 26 mile walk. The teams raised an incredible amount of money for Julia’s House while taking part.

The Trek

The two teams trekked all day on Saturday and raised over £500 for Julia’s House. The 26 mile trek began in Osmington and the 13 miles trek in Kimmeridge, both finishing at Acton Field Campsite in Swanage.

The 26 mile trek began at around 8am, where the team passed incredible views of Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door. Our team walking the 13 mile trek began at around 12pm, with views of Swanage Bay, Purbeck Hills and the Isle of Wight.

Both teams battled against the wind, and a very challenging walk, to support and raise money for such a rewarding charity.

Ellis Jones are extremely proud of our staff members taking on such a challenging walk and raising money for Julia’s House.
