My expertise includes acting for Landlords and for Tenants with regard to commercial leases, land acquisitions and sales, and the selling and purchasing of small businesses.
I bring a calm and practical approach to the work I undertake, and place a great value in delivering the best service I can to my clients be it a simple assignment of lease to a land acquisition deal valued in the millions.
Professional Associations & Qualifications:
- I am a graduate of Manchester University with a degree in Economics and Politics and hold a Diploma in Law from the College of Law.
- Admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2002.
- Member of the General Committee of the Bournemouth and District Law Society (BDLS)
- Member of the BDLS Property and Probate Group
- I recently helped draft the BDLS special conditions to the Law Society Standard Contract for the sale of residential property

- I joined Ellis Jones in 2006.
- Prior to joining Ellis Jones I worked in a general street practice in the West Midlands.
- I was made an Ellis Jones Associate in 2009.
Outside Work:
I am married with one son.
Away from work I enjoy quizzes, entertaining and playing and watching sport
