Your Approach:
I support the Solicitors in the Personal Injury Department and strive to achieve to get all work out on the same day to ensure clients receive their correspondence without delay. I am always available to speak to clients if their Solicitor is unavailable and will endeavour to solve whatever problems they have. I have built up a good knowledge on how the processes work.
My Route to Ellis Jones:
I am originally from Scotland and have always worked as a Legal Secretary. I moved down to England and settled in Bournemouth in 1991 and for a while had my own business. I have been with Ellis Jones now for 14 years in the Personal Injury Department.
Outside Work:
I am married with two children who are both now adult. I have three dogs that keep me very active and I walk them twice a day. I love cooking and working with computers.
