Recent jobs include advising the UK based managers on the multi-million pound buyout of a Bermudan insurance holding company; acting for the fundraisers and managers in establishing a social entrepreneurs fund raising over £15m; preparing and negotiating major development and maintenance agreement entered into by client with software house; preparing and negotiating shareholders agreement as part of settlement of dispute in valuable family company; advising on and negotiating share subscription and share option agreement for investor in and consultant to food industry company.

Your Route to Ellis Jones:
I was a long standing partner (and for some time senior partner) and latterly a consultant to a City of London firm where I specialised in corporate and commercial work. I live in Bournemouth and having virtually retired from my London practice, I welcomed the opportunity to become a consultant to such an excellent local firm with a strong business clientele.
