Estate Setup
We will work with you to decide what is the best set up for your Estate.
With our advice, and that of your surveyor you may decide that you want to either; sell each Unit, grant a long Lease for a price (known as a premium) or grant a short term Lease where the Tenant pays an annual rent for the use of the Premises – see Drafting and Negotiating Leases for more information.
It does not matter which method you choose, we have the expertise to set up the Estate. We will advise on areas such as:
