RISING netball stars have an extra spring in their step after securing shirt sponsorship from Ellis Jones Solicitors.
The Dorset and New Forest law firm now has its name emblazoned across kit worn by all of the netball teams at Priestlands School in Hampshire.
They include the U16 team (pictured) which recently won through to represent Hampshire in the regional rounds of the National Schools Netball Tournament.
The team, captained by Beth Blomfield, also includes Head Girl Hannah McNally, the daughter of Sean McNally, Head of the Family Department at Ellis Jones.
The Lymington school takes part in netball matches in the New Forest League as well as tournaments and friendly matches across Dorset and Hampshire and the National Schools Competition.
Last year Priestlands won all four age groups in the New Forest league, out of nine teams. It also had ‘B’ teams finishing in fourth and sixth place in two age groups.
Natalie Peacock, Netball Coach, said: “We’re very grateful to Ellis Jones for sponsoring this fantastic kit. The girls love it and they look very professional on the netball court.”
Nigel Smith, Ellis Jones’ Managing Partner, said: “We pride ourselves on our community links and are very pleased to be associated with such a successful school.”
