Deafness or Hearing Loss

If you have developed hearing loss or a hearing-related injury whilst serving the Armed Forces, you may be entitled to make a claim.

You will be typically exposed to a noisy environment in the course of your service with the Armed Forces, however the MOD have a duty to sufficiently protect you from such noise. If they have failed to do this and you suffer deafness, hearing loss, tinnitus or hyperacusis or another noise related hearing loss problem, you may be entitled to make a claim against them.

Our specialist lawyers have recovered millions of pounds in compensation for clients who have sustained noise induced hearing loss. Our lawyers have significant experience in dealing with minor injury claims through to catastrophic life changing injury claims.
