My Approach

I believe that client satisfaction is paramount and strive to provide service excellence. I have a professional approach in everything I do. I am also patient which is invaluable when planning and organising projects.

Area of Expertise

I am one of the longest standing members of staff having joined the firm in 1986 from the insurance industry. Since joining the firm, I have gained experience in many areas of the law acquiring a number of transferrable skills along the way.

In more recent years, I have moved away from dealing with client work, providing assistance to the Partnership by ensuring the day to day operational aspect of the business is effective, together with implementation and completion of some of the firm’s key projects and maintaining quality standards.
