My Approach

My primary role is to provide support to Nicola Hall, a Senior Associate in the Wills, Trusts and Probate Department.  I pride myself on my professional, personable and empathic approach; most importantly in building a trusting rapport with our clients during difficult, challenging and often stressful times in their lives.  A positive client experience is paramount in all I do and I aim to make things all the easier for both my colleagues and our clients.

Area of Expertise

I have a diverse skill set acquired through working in a variety of roles across different sectors, all of which had customer service at the core.

Since 2016 I have worked in the Wills, Trusts and Probate at Ellis Jones assisting clients throughout their estate planning journey firstly with a Partner of the firm, Andy Kirby and subsequently with Nicola since 2021.

Recent Work

I undertake all clerical tasks in relation to the administration of estates (including those with foreign assets), Court of Protection applications, Wills, Declarations of Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts and taxation.

Working within Society of Trust and Estate Practitioner (STEP), Society for the Elderly (SFE) and Charity Law Association regulations.

Professional Associations & Qualifications

  • BA (Hons) Degree in Psychology
  • Legal Secretaries Diploma
