Sean was admitted as a solicitor in 1991 and trained as a mediator with Resolution. He was Chairman of Dorset Resolution from 2003-2005. He joined Ellis Jones after many years practising as a matrimonial solicitor with Reynolds Porter Chamberlain in central London. In addition to his wide-ranging experience in matrimonial finance and legal issues connected with children, Sean is a highly respected legal expert on cases involving international child abduction. As a result, he receives regular instructions direct from the Official Solicitors' Child Abduction Unit and is a member of the Legal Advisory Panel for Reunite, a registered charity specialising in child abduction cases. 

Sean has a keen interest in any case with an international dimension - both on finance and children. Always constructive, Sean provides pragmatic and specific advice for clients from the outset and is a tough negotiator when it comes to meeting the objectives of his clients.  He is a trained collaborative lawyer and is keen to promote this area of his practice.
